This beautiful costume base is a new/never worn two piece set by the brand Patrick J Designs.  The size tag is child large, however, the actual garment is running much smaller than what their sizing chart states that it should.  Please see the measurements I have personally notated.  The appliques are hand sewn, the hairpiece handmade, and all rhinestones hand placed.  Measurements:
